Carly's journey in the salon industry began in 2016, swiftly progressing to an apprenticeship and earning her cosmetology license in 2018. In April 2023, she fulfilled her dream of opening Studio 22. While she excels in personalizing blondes and crafting custom foils, Carly's true passion lies in building connections with her clients, making them feel both beautiful and acknowledged. Her compassionate nature and desire to assist others have always been driving forces in her life.  Alongside her dedication to beauty, Carly finds solace and empowerment in the fitness industry, thriving when she maintains a consistent routine at the gym. As an early riser, she like to embrace the mornings. Carly's love for puzzles and family game nights showcases her competitive spirit and her enjoyment of bonding with loved ones.

Emily is a licensed esthetician since 2017, specializing in her favorite lash set, the Hybrid Wet Set. She swears by skincare essentials like Vitamin C, Retinol, and SPF, ensuring her clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. Pink is her signature color, and she could shop until she drops. A podcast enthusiast, she delights in entertaining her clients with various podcasts during their lash sessions, especially true crime mysteries. An animal lover at heart, Emily cherishes forming connections with new clients, turning them into lifelong friends. Interestingly, if she weren’t in the beauty industry, Emily’s passion for cooking would lead her to pursue culinary school, inspired by fond memories of cooking with her grandparents.

Tashia, with five years of experience as a stylist, finds joy in crafting personalized color and style to match each client's unique personality and lifestyle. Behind the chair, she thrives on connections with her clients and engaging in meaningful conversations. She has a deep appreciation for the beauty industry, from esthetics to makeup to barbering, seeing them all as avenues to help people feel their best. Tashia's passion for education drives her to continue to expand her knowledge to better serve her clients. A self-professed crazy cat mom, she balances her love for her feline friends with her other interests, including reading, traveling, partying, and indulging in music and laughter. For Tashia, hair styling isn't just a career; it's a lifelong passion that she's nurtured since her high school days, whether experimenting in her mom's kitchen or working professionally behind the chair.

Sarah embarked on her cosmetology apprenticeship journey with Studio 22 in October 2023, driven by a passion to specialize in color and extensions. Engaging with clients is a highlight for her, relishing the opportunity to connect and converse on various topics. Beyond her career aspirations, Sarah harbors a deep love for animals, with aspirations to establish a charity aimed at rescuing animals from kill shelters. A devoted reader, she particularly enjoys thrillers that captivate her imagination. Sarah’s wanderlust has led her to explore 10 countries, adding to her enriching experiences and broadening her worldview.
